Mark your calendar today because you don't want to miss this event. We bring you the best local talent and entertain you all day.

The Boys & Girls Club of Bisbee will host the town’s 5th live telethon on CableOne’s Channel 2 on May 8th, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. The event will serve as one of two of the club’s major fundraiser for the year & will assist in programs for the children of the Bisbee-Naco community. Donations may be called in at any time (before, during or after the event) by calling The Club at (520) 432-3010 or by visiting the website at www.bgcbisbee.com.

The live broadcast of this telethon is thanks to a cooperative venture with Bisbee’s Cable One & Prism Communications. An agreement was reached more than five years ago for CableOne to provide the equipment and labor needed to air community events from the Boys & Girls Club’s building at 405 Arizona Street while Prism Communications, managers of Channel 2, continue to serve as producers or administrators of the events to be aired as well as provide broadcast equipment and operators. This 10-hour, live event will feature local talent such as the ever-popular Arthritis Brothers, Michael Grande, Dan Simones, Sean Trachtman and Broken String Band. Many other local personalities & talent will also be on-hand.
